Roasted potatoes and onions

This garnish is perfect to accompany rustic dishes of meat, for example sausages, a roasted chicken or the meats cooked on the bbq!!!

There will be the crispness of the potatoes and the sweetness of the cooked onions!!!


1kg of potatoes
4 big red onions

Peeled and chop not too small the potatoes and wash them under the water to remove the starch.
Blanch them for 3/4 minutes, so they result tender and soft inside and crispy outside.

Cut the onions and put them in a baking pan.

Drain the potatoes and add them to the onions and season all with oil, salt pepper and rosmary. If you want you can add some chilly for a hot tasty!!!

Now bake the vegetables in the preheated oven ( 200 degree) for an hour.
Mix them halfway through cooking.
Now they are ready to be served!!!
